1. Discover

Duration 2-4 weeks

Our discovery process begins with identifying strategic inflection points along the S-Curve of Business Growth. These inflection points represent opportunities to accelerate growth and gain market share. We leverage a data-driven approach to identify these inflection points, looking for trends in customer behavior, market dynamics, and technological innovation. Once an inflection point has been identified, we begin to develop a hypothesis about how to capitalize on it. This hypothesis is then tested through rapid prototyping and experimentation. We use a variety of data sources to track the results of these tests and make necessary adjustments.

2. Build

Duration 2-4 weeks

Once a hypothesis has been validated, TrueNode begins to build a software product that can be used to take advantage of the inflection point. Lean Product methodologies are used to build and iterate on its products quickly and efficiently. This allows us to get feedback from customers early and often, and to make necessary adjustments before investing too heavily in a particular product. Leveraging the latest technologies from the Silicon Valley and beyond allows us to develop products that are more user-friendly, scalable, and secure.

3. Grow

Duration 2-4 weeks

Once a software product has been built, we begin to focus on growing its market share. TrueNode uses a variety of marketing and sales strategies to reach potential customers and generate leads. We track key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and churn rate to measure the success of its growth strategy. This data is useful to make adjustments to its marketing and sales strategies. Our agile organizational methods enable several teams and units to work on a product at the same time. This means that traction and progress can be achieved quickly.
